aDoormore - aDoormore Policy

aDoormore (“aDoormore”) is a website and web application owned and managed by Progetto Doable S.r.l. Società Benefit (“Progetto Doable”) through which each user (the “User”) can share and view information (the “Contents”) regarding the field of sustainability, as well as to interact with the Contents shared by other Users (the “Services”).

The purpose of this policy (the “Policy”) is to illustrate and regulate the Services provided by aDoormore as well as to provide the usage rules and the standards of conduct that all Users shall observe in relation to Contents.

Progetto Doable reserves the right to make any changes to the present Policy, notifying the Users accordingly.

The relationship between the company that subscribes to aDoormore (the “Company”) and Progetto Doable is governed by the terms and conditions available at the following link (the “Terms and Conditions”) accepted by the companies that have purchased the subscription (the “Companies”).

1. Subscription and account types

In order to use the Services, aDoormore subscription must be purchased, it is annual and it automatically renews on expiry. The amount is stated in the Terms and Conditions. 

Three types of Users can be linked to each subscription:

• “Admin”. Each company has an Admin who can access all Services and who is linked to a unique company e-mail address. The Admin is entitled to: 
  • i) publish Contents in the manner provided by aDoormore;
  • ii) put reactions to the Posts (as defined below);
  • iii) forward Team Member (as defined below) use codes to their employees;
  • iv) acquire access for Viewer (as defined below) accounts;
  • v) view the Report (as defined below) contained within the Posts published by other Companies via the Purchase button;
  • vi) authorize Team Member accounts to use Admin tokens to unlock the Report; and
  • vii) create customized lists of other Companies to follow according to their own parameters.

• “Team Member” may be assigned by the Admin to a maximum of 20 persons belonging to the Company. The Team Member is entitled to:
  • i) view Posts within the community;
  • ii) put reactions to the Posts; and
  • iii) view the Report unlocked by the connected Admin.

• “Viewer” may be assigned by Admin - in the manner described in the section “Invitations” of the Company profile – to individuals internal and/or external to the Company; the number of Viewer accounts that may be purchased is related to the number of Contents published on aDoormore. The Viewer is entitled to:
  • i) view Posts within the community; and
  • ii) view the Reports unlocked by the connected Admin.

2. Contents

• aDoormore is a tool for raising awareness and understanding of sustainability issues, as well as for consultation and involvement made available for Companies to enable them to share and monitor the Sustainability Actions (as defined below) undertaken by Companies through the publication of Contents to foster active cooperation between Companies and their supply chain to achieve “sustainable success”.
• aDoormore is a dynamic and proactive ecosystem that aims to promote widespread awareness of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) values through the sharing of Contents by Users.
• The Contents are represented by the sustainability actions realized by the Companies and reported to the aDoormore community. By “Sustainability Actions” we mean projects, initiatives inspired by ESG values, carried out by Companies to improve the impact of the whole supply chain on the environment, the social community and/or in the interest of their stakeholders (i.e. those who influence and/or are influenced, directly or indirectly, by the activities of a company).
• The “Post” is an established format through which Content is shared within the community.
• The “Report” is the extensive description of the Sustainability Action undertaken by a Company and included in the Post. It describes the requirements, the Company organization involved, the time taken, the difficulties encountered, and the results achieved in the Sustainability Action carried out.

3. Services offered by aDoormore

3.1 Customized and unique experience for each user

• Posts, the Weekly top 3, understood as the selection of the Posts that received the most number reactions - "likes" or "to be copied" – in the last 7 days by Admins and/or Team Members. Filters, messaging and profiles followed depend on the preferences indicated, the sectors they belong to and the interests chosen by each User, as set by him/her in his/her account.

3.2 Connecting Companies

• aDoormore allows Companies to connect with each other, helping each user to connect also with groups of Companies on aDoormore they are interested in and share their Contents with them.

3.3 Sustainability contents

• aDoormore allows Companies and Users to express, communicate and share their commitment to sustainability topics. All Contents posted by Users must relate to Sustainability Actions actually undertaken by the Company itself and described through meaningful images and words.

3.4 Security and integrity of the site

• aDoormore promotes the security and integrity of our Services. A team of experts is constantly working to provide Users with a safe and secure experience. In the event that Progetto Doable becomes aware of harmful behavior by Users, it may take appropriate measures to remove it (e.g. User warning, removal of Contents, restriction of functionality, account removal).

4. User’s commitment to aDoormore and its community

4.1 Who can use aDoormore

• The Company in whose name and on whose behalf the registration procedure is completed by an authorized natural person of legal age (i.e., the Admin); as well as the accounts - Team Member and Viewer - connected to the subscription purchased by the Company.

4.2 Shareable contents at aDoormore

• Contents must meet the following criteria:

• must be actions actually implemented by the Company to which the Admin belongs, relevant to the field of sustainability and consistent with the principles of the UN 2030 Agenda;
• must be communicated in a clear, complete and truthful manner (avoiding “greenwashing” phenomena), as well as in an ethical manner (by way of example, but not limited to, it is not possible to upload images with violent or discriminatory content, etc.);
• Posts shall be related to the sharing of Sustainability Actions carried out by the Company and not to the direct and/or indirect promotion of products or services for commercial purposes of the Company that go beyond what is stated in the Policy; and
• shall not violate any applicable laws and regulations, shall not be unlawful, illegal, defamatory, denigrating, pornographic, obscene or otherwise inappropriate, nor shall they contain incitement to violence, terrorism or hatred in any form.

4.3 Community Moderation

• In light of the above criteria, Progetto Doable reserves the right to screen Contents prior to publication on aDoormore and in the event of discrepancies to suspend the publication itself by notifying the Admin who completed the Post publication process. The interpretation of the criteria set out in section 4.2. shall be at the discretion of Progetto Doable, and it is solely aimed at ensuring the consistency of the Contents with the community as described in this Policy. The moderation action carried out by Progetto Doable does not in any way relieve the Companies from full liability in the substance and form of what is published by them, as governed by the Terms and Conditions.

4.4 Editing the Post after publication

• In order to allow Admins to be able to modify Contents into the Post after it has been published, an “Edit” functionality has been introduced.

  Each published version will not overwrite the previous one but will be added to it, and Admins who have unlocked, or will unlock, the Report will be able to view all published versions through the “Timeline” functionality.

5. Reward mechanism included in the subscription

To unlock the Report contained in the Post each Admin must use the tokens linked to his/her account. To collect the tokens there is a reward mechanism included in the subscription cost. In particular, 20 tokens are awarded to the Admin upon initial registration and annual renewal. These tokens are used to acquire Posts published by other Admins.

In addition, there is a token reward system linked to Admins’ activity on aDoormore; in particular:

• every time an Admin publishes a Post, he/she receives 10 tokens; and
• each time an Admin purchases a Post, he/she will be charged 1 token.

It is in no way possible to purchase tokens in addition to those associated with the subscription by paying a financial reward. The internal token rewarding mechanism of aDoormore supports the exchange of Contents between Companies on aDoormore.

The token status of each Admin will be visible by clicking on the profile icon at the top right of the aDoormore homepage in the “Tokens” section.

Each Admin can authorize his/her Team Members to use tokens to acquire Posts by changing the settings in the “Invitations” of the Company profile.

6. Chat usage

The purpose of the aDoormore chat is to facilitate interaction between Admins of Companies regarding published Contents and to encourage discussion between them. Each Admin, should they detect misuse, will be able to block one or more specific Admins, who will no longer be able to communicate with the Admin who blocked them.

7. Using Contents in aDoormore

The use of Contents in aDoormore is restricted to Admins, while Team Members and Viewers may only view Contents.

Each User may not (i) export, transfer, or copy Contents by any means or in any manner without prior authorization from Progetto Doable; (ii) attempt to disable, override, modify, nullify, or otherwise circumvent the Content protection system used within aDoormore; (iii) use Contents for commercial or unlawful purposes (iv) upload Contents that contain viruses, Trojan horses, time bombs, logic bombs, and/or other computer programming tools that may even potentially damage, prevent, or hinder access to aDoormore or the Services or any data, or interfere in any way negatively with Progetto Doable’s business or its infrastructure (v) engage in spamming, phishing, and marketing activities that are improper, deceptive, or unlawful and otherwise likely to harass Users or aDoormore; (vi) attempt to download, use, decompile, duplicate, or modify aDoormore code; and (vii) disseminate Contents that may constitute greenwashing activity that may adversely affect Progetto Doable.

8. Account Deletion Request

In the event that a Company expressly requests the deletion of its Admin account, as provided in the relevant section within the Terms and Conditions, the account will become inaccessible to the Company. It is understood that the Posts already made accessible to other Companies using the Services will remain available to those Companies.

9. Exclusion from the community

In the event of violations of the Terms and Conditions and this Policy, Progetto Doable reserves the right to suspend and/or exclude the Admin and the accounts linked to him/her from the community, giving appropriate notice.
