aDoormore - Cookie Policy
The specific purpose of this extended policy is to explain the types and methods of using cookies on the aDoormore website (the “Site”), as well as to explain what actions you can take to refuse or delete them.
1. Controller
The Controller is Progetto Doable S.r.l. Società Benefit, with registered office in via Caduti del Lavoro, 13, 25034, Orzinuovi (BS), e-mail: privacy@aDoormore.com (“Progetto Doable” or the “Controller”)
2. Data collected
Browsing data and cookies (hereinafter also referred to as "Data”).
3. What is a cookie
Cookies are small text strings that the sites visited by the user send to the user’s own terminal browser, where they are stored in order to be retransmitted to the same sites the next time the same user visits. In the course of browsing a site, the user may receive “first party” cookies on his terminal, when they are managed directly by the owner and/or operator of the site, and also cookies that are sent from different sites or web servers (“third party” cookies); this happens because on the website visited there may be elements that reside on servers other than the one on which the website is located. In other words, they are those cookies that are set by a website other than the one you are currently visiting.
Cookies can be distinguished into three different types:
- technical cookies: used for the sole purpose of enabling the site to function properly;
- analytical cookies: used to collect aggregate information of a mainly statistical nature; and
- profiling cookies: aimed at creating profiles relating to the user and used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user when browsing the web. These cookies are not installed by the Site.
4. Which cookies are used and for what purpose
The cookies implemented on the Site can be technical and analytical. The Site uses the following cookies for the purposes set out below
Technical cookies
Technical cookies are used for the sole purpose of carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service to provide a service explicitly requested by the user.
Technical cookies present on the Site can be divided into: navigation or session cookies, which guarantee the normal navigation and use of the Site (for example, allowing to make a purchase or authenticate to access reserved areas). These cookies include functionality cookies, which make it possible to store the choices made by the user on the Site (e.g., language), in order to improve the service rendered to the user.
The prior consent of the users of the Site is not required for the installation of such cookies.

It should be noted that the Site also uses the following third-party analytical cookies in order to analyze users’ browsing and to produce statistics on visits or to improve the display of content on web pages. 8. Transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Union
Data collected using cookies on the Site will not be transferred outside the European Union.
Where this is the case, in respect of Data collected using cookies on the Site, the Controller shall, to the extent of its competence, adopt appropriate safeguards, including the applicable adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
9. The rights of data subjects
Users, as data subjects (i.e. subjects to whom the Data refer), are holders of the rights conferred by the GDPR. In particular, pursuant to Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to request and obtain, at any time, access to their personal data, information on the processing carried out, rectification and/or updating of their personal data, erasure and restriction of processing.
