Click on the "Subscribe" button on the login page.

1. Enter the invitation code.
2. Fill in the required and click on “Sign up”.
3. Select the annual subscription plan and proceed with payment.

Viewer licenses can be purchased by the Admin user and accrue the more posts are published. There are currently 5 types of Viewer license packages available, which you can view in the "Invitations" section of the Company profile.
You can purchase up to a maximum of 10 packages of each type.
Once the last package is unlocked you can purchase packages with no quantity limit.

To purchase a package of licenses:

1. Within the company profile click on .
2. Select the unlocked package that meets your needs and proceed to purchase by clicking “Checkout”.

You will be sent back to Stripe to complete payment.
Each package lasts for one year and automatically renews on the payment method you selected.
To change payment method or cancel the package you will have up to the day before the package expires.

To cancel a package of licenses:

1. Click on within the company profile.
2. Now click on "Manage subscriptions", here you will be shown a summary of your active plans. At any time, you can manage the payment details of each plan or decide to cancel the subscription.

Company Admin can invite Team Members (included in the subscription) and/or Viewers (upon purchase of a license) by clicking on within the Company profile.

Within the invitations mask:

1. Click on "New Invitations".
2. Select the type of users to be invited.

Here a modal will open to import the e-mail addresses of the users you wish to invite and finally send the invitation.

The Admin user can manage invited users within the Company profile by clicking on .

Within the invitation mask click on "Manage invitations" to do the following actions:

1. Assign Team Member users permissions to purchase posts.
2. Assign Viewer users a license package with a different expiration date than the initial one.
3. Revoke the invitation to one or more Team Member users.
4. Revoke the invitation to one or more Viewer users.

The post can only be created by the Admin user representing the company in aDoormore.

1. Click on "Create new post" on your homepage.
2. Fill in the required.
3. Click on “Send to editorial staff” for release.

In the Company profile section:

1. Click on the post you wish to edit.
2. Click on "Edit."
3. Apply the desired changes (for example: adding new language or minor corrections).
4. Now click on:
   • "Save as draft," if you wish to review it later before publishing.
   • "Submit correction" to send the post to the editorial staff for publication.

Images can be uploaded in allowed formats (JPEG, PNG).

No, it is not possible. For example, if you want to show an organizational chart that you have in Word, PowerPoint, PDF or other format, you can easily make a screenshot and upload it.

Yes, you can stop creating the post at any time and resume whenever you want. In the post creation form, click "Save as draft" at the bottom of the form. To resume, click "Create new post" again. aDoormore will ask you if you want to resume with the previous draft or if you prefer to delete it and write a new post.

In the post creation form:

1. Click on to select the languages in which you want to write the post.
2. Then choose which of these is your primary language, the one you want to introduce your company to the community with by clicking on the "Set as default language" flag.

To search for a company use the search tool in the navigation bar at the top of your homepage.

Within the profile of the selected company click on to follow its sustainability actions.

In the Company profile section:

1. Click on .
2. A mask will now appear for you to create clusters.
3. Click on "Manage clusters". Here you can edit existing clusters or create new ones by clicking on "Create new cluster".

Once you have created clusters you will be able to assign them to the companies you follow directly from the Company profile you follow by clicking in the dedicated space for clusters in the left section of the page.

In the left column of your homepage there is a Filters section. Here you can view posts based on your preferred criteria.

• Period: you can select a default timeframe (Day, Week, Month, or Year) in which to display the posts. Or enter a custom date.
• Sustainability Categories: you can choose to view posts in the sustainability areas of your interest. For example: "Environment".
• Company Categories: you can select the sector of the companies that published the posts. For example: "Aeronautics".
• Company Size: you can select the size of the companies that published posts.
• Countries: you can select the countries to which the companies whose initiatives you want to know about belong.
• Followed companies: you can view posts by companies followed.

You can also select multiple filters at once to display different combinations of posts.

Each post provides interactions.

Click on the respective icons at the bottom right of the post to interact.

• Purchase: allows you to purchase the post. This feature is only available to the Admin user.
• Notify: allows you to send a notification to the Admin user to invite him to evaluate the purchase of the post. This feature is only available to the Team Member user.
• Favourites list: allows you to save the post to your favorites list. Also available for Team Member user.
• Detail: allows you to view the initiative in detail and is available for posts already purchased. Also available for Team Members e Viewers.
• Like: allows you to share your appreciation with respect to the shared initiative. Also available for Team Member user.
• To be copied: allows you to express your intention to replicate the shared initiative. Also available for Team Member user.

You can add posts to your favorites list. This information is visible only to the Admin user and Team Member users of the company. To view your favorite posts, click on , available in the Company profile section.

In the Company profile section you will find:

• My posts: all the posts you have published.
• Purchased posts: all posts published by other companies you have purchased to know the details.
• Account: all the information about your company that will be viewed by other users in the community.
• Analytics: all the statistics related to the activities you have done in aDoormore and the posts you have published.
